I don't focus on commissions.
I charge a fee for my services because I want to choose my favorite guides, drivers and boutique hotels because they're the best fit for you, not because I'm able or unable to get commissions
I like to keep everything as transparent as possible by breaking down pricing on the itinerary
I decided to focus on Spain, Portugal and Morocco because of my passion for and extensive experience in these countries. I'm your partner in this and will answer honestly whether something will or will not be the right fit for your itinerary.
How will this work?
Schedule a consultation call
Let's chat, get to know your travel style, budget and vision for the trip
Get a custom travel itinerary and a video walkthrough
We will make any amendments needed to make the trip perfect
Once everything is good to go, I will send you a link to pay a 30% deposit of the total trip cost
The remainder of the 70% is due 40 days before you travel
I will send you a pre-trip email a few days before you leave with guidance on tipping, currency exchange, arrival, etc. (and my WhatsApp number in case you have questions while you travel!)

What will you NOT be booking?
I specialize in the on-the-ground experiences (like hotels, excursions, train travel, transfers etc.)
I will NOT be booking your flights, rental cars or AirBnBs.
I will of course provide suggestions and guidance for all of the above, but I find that it works better for my clients to book their own flights, select their own type of cars and insurance, and be able to communicate directly with their Airbnb host.
Can I ask for revisions?
My hope is to get the first itinerary as close to perfect as possible. I'm happy to help with 1 or 2 revisions.
Should we need to make major changes (dates, number of people, routing and cities you're visiting), the each extra revision is 25 USD.
Will you be available to me 24/7 while I travel?
No. I aim to make my itineraries as thorough and transparent as possible by linking and uploading all confirmations, addresses and contact details.
So that if you can't find your driver upon arrival, you have everything you need to be able to contact them without having to wait for me to be the middle party.
However, I will give you my WhatsApp details before you leave for your trip, so that you're easily able to reach out to me in case you have questions while traveling.
What are the costs?
I charge a flat fee of 750$ for my Full Service Travel Planning package.
I aim to work within your budget and will always break down each segment of the itinerary so that you know exactly where the cost is coming from.
Generally, I expect travelers to spend 250-550$ per person per day in Spain, Portugal and Morocco.
What is your cancellation policy?
It's always sad when you have to change your plans. Here is my policy:
30% deposit - nonrefundable
31 - 6 days before your trip - 50%
5 days before your trip - 100%
That being said, I will always try to get back as much back as I can, outside the deposit amount.
I would also suggest to purchase travel insurance (I generally recommend Faye)
